Trust and security
When you connect your QuickBooks or Xero account, you’re trusting us with your most important financial data. At eyeclone, security and privacy aren’t just features, they’re built into everything we do.
Secure by design
- Bank-grade encryption: all data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Tokens and credentials are stored securely with industry-leading key management (Azure Key Vault).
- OAuth 2.0 only: we use Intuit’s official OAuth 2.0 with the minimum scopes required. No passwords, no static API keys.
- Per-tenant isolation: your QuickBooks data is partitioned and isolated, never mixed with anyone else’s.
Privacy you control
- Right to delete: you can request full deletion of your data at any time.
- Confidentiality is our priority: Your discussions with Eyeclone are totally private to you.
- Protect your information: any insights Eyeclone produces, or any conversations you have with Eyeclone will never be used to train AI models.
Continuous oversight
- Tenant-level audit logs: all system actions are logged so you always know what happened and when.
- Smart error detection: we use application insights to flag anomalies and errors in real time.
