Eyeclone Usage Limits

This page sets out the usage limits that apply to Eyeclone subscriptions. It is incorporated by reference into the Eyeclone Subscription Terms of Service and forms part of your agreement with Eyeclone LLC.

Monthly Message Limit

Each user is limited to 200 messages per calendar month. The limit resets at 00:00 UTC on the first day of each calendar month. Message limits apply per user and cannot be pooled or transferred between users on the same subscription.

User Limit

Each subscription includes up to 5 users at no additional charge. Each set of login credentials counts as one user. Additional users can be added for US$10 per user per month by contacting support@eyeclone.io. Charges for additional users are billed together with your subscription fees and apply in full for any billing period in which the user is active, with no proration for partial periods. These charges are non-refundable as set forth in Section 5.4 (Non-Refundable Fees) of the Terms of Service.

Exceeding the Limits

  • Eyeclone may, but is not obliged to, suspend or terminate individual users or accounts that exceed the usage limits set out on this page, in accordance with Section 7 (Termination and Suspension) of the Terms of Service.
  • Eyeclone will provide reasonable advance notice before suspending or terminating a user or account for exceeding usage limits.
  • Suspended users or accounts may regain access at the start of the next calendar month, or upon other resolution as Eyeclone determines.

Fees

Fees remain non-refundable as set forth in Section 5.4 (Non-Refundable Fees) of the Terms of Service, including where suspension or termination occurs mid-period for exceeding usage limits.

Changes to Usage Limits

Eyeclone may update this page from time to time. In accordance with Section 3.2 of the Terms of Service, changes that materially and adversely reduce the usage limits applicable to a paid Subscription Term for which you have prepaid in full will not take effect until the start of the next Renewal Term.
